Kay's hair has been cut off today. She is not at all happy and it provoked another anxiety attack. She feels that without her hair she is not Kay anymore. Tomorrow I will be back with her, Marion has carried the brunt of this problem today. I'm sure that in the coming days we will have to give Kay even more support.

Dear All
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear that Kay has had to say goodbye to her hair for a while. Please tell her it will be back and she will be even more gorgeous! It's what's inside you that makes you you ,not whats on the outside!
Much love and thoughts with you all

Dearest Kay,
ReplyDeleteIt must be very difficult having your hair cut off and I think most girls of any age would find that hard. But you are still the same beautiful Kay that you always have been and your hair is just one tiny aspect of the lovely girl that you are. Having seen friends go through what you are going through, it really is the case that beauty and courage and the person that you are is something that can only come from within and is not determined by appearance. You are a tough strong girl - keep your chin up in the knowledge that no matter what the treatment is, no one can take away the real Kay that you are.

Hello Kay,
ReplyDeleteit is true that your hair will come back even prettier that it was before but it is also true that it makes you feel horrible and when you look in the mirror you think: "Is that me?" But the most important thing now is that you starting to feel better and that the doctors will adjust your treatment.
And that everyone loves you with or without your hair. You are still KAY, and your true friends will know that.
Love,
Viviane
