Step backwards

Overnight Kays blood pressure dropped and as a result she's back on BP support medication. Also the ventilation has been increased slightly. Fluid reduction continues however and this morning she looks a little less swollen. She remains stable and there's no real concern about the need for additional support. This is not likely to be a linear process.

    I just had a strange thought: "Let's play her some music, something she really, really likes." I am sure she will feel happy about it.

    I can answer to Viviane and tell you that, apparently, Kay loves Coldplay (Rob was playing that last weekend when I was there and has promised to take her to see them the next time they tour).
    The truth may be that she prefers 'Lady Gaga' but that is maybe too much like the musical equivalent of a Disney park.
