Wait provisionally over

Procedure to fix dialysis complete, Kay stable throughout, even on her back. Tough cookie. Now there's a chance to reduce fluid levels in her body. She has *** 9 LITRES *** extra fluid in here system which is making her breathing more difficult. Lung photo was a tiny bit better than yesterday but the biggest improvement would come if the fluid levels can be reduced.

  1. It makes me want to pose a question as to where those extra litres of fluid come from... but I guess this is the not the environment to have this discussion.

    Thanks for updating us.

  5. Dear Kay, Marion and Rob,
it has been a long time and for that I am sorry. Off all the period that is lying behind you this is the most worse. It is good for Kay that she isn't aware off all the burden of her illness at the moment. For you on the other hand it must be very strange, difficult and painful not receiving any reaction from her.
I could wish you all the strength you need but I know that any parent has enough. I could wish you oblivion to get through the night but I know that you want to spend every second thinking of Kay. So therefor: "Keep up and know that we and so many with us are thinking of you and sending you strength and courage even at the witching hour!"
For Kay: that she may come through.
    Kindly,
    Viviane
